Kristen completed her BA in English Literary Studies at Bucknell University in 2016 with a double minor in Dance and Arts Entrepreneurship, and her Yoga Alliance 200-HR yoga certification from Yoga Shanti where she trained under Rodney Yee and Colleen Saidman Yee. Kristen has previous experience as a social work intern at NYU Family Health Centers where she worked with older adults to provide supportive counseling in individual and group settings, co-facilitated mental health education presentations and discussions, and helped caregivers and clients manage dementia-related behaviors to create a safe and nurturing environment while aging.

In her spare time, Kristen enjoys being outside, going to concerts, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
